As part of BCC Research's portfolio of services companies, we work closely with both in-house counsel and third-party legal teams across complex litigation.
We've watched a critical bottleneck emerge: while AI has begun to accelerate legal work, the accuracy concerns it introduces demand extensive manual validation—creating a hidden cost that actually extends timelines rather than shortening them.
After identifying that lead time was becoming a genuine constraint on case progress, we recognized that the real challenge wasn't choosing between speed and accuracy—it was making both possible without the trade-off.
